Job Description 12+ years work experience with 7-8 years in pre-sales / solutioning Industry expertise in solutioning business processes within Life Sciences or related verticals (Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, etc.) Prior experience in working with or handling Life Sciences-related processes is an added advantage Hands-on experience delivering mid-to-scale end-to-end solutions. Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships, engage in CXO-level dialogues, and deliver value-led Life Sciences projects. Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy, project-oriented environments, and drive outcomes in matrix organizations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing high-performance teams and delivering large-scale transformation projects. Action and results-oriented, self-driven, high energy, analytical, structured, quality-focused, and adaptable. Willingness to travel as needed. Solutions Design lead role for shaping winning proposal for large scale RFP/RFI and sole sourced engagements.
