Job Description

Role: Head - Paid Media

Location: LPU, Jalandhar (Work from Office)



LPU Online is looking for a dynamic and self driven head of paid media, who coordinates with our agencies, monitors our campaigns on daily basis and optimizes all active campaigns, thus increasing our ROI.


Key Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Work on all campaigns in Paid Media - SEM (Google and Bing), Display, Social media (Meta, LinkedIn, Quora, etc), DV360 and more.
  • Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing activities basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
  • Manage all paid media static and video creatives for Meta and YouTube
  • Setting performance goals and objectives with mentor supervisor
  • Budgets are spent within daily / monthly limits as assigned
  • Collaboration with sales heads and seniors in studying forecasting market needs, planning executing product launches and campaigns.
  • Learning taking up the preparation of the Monthly, Quarterly yearly digital performance with the Media Brand team
  • Reviewing the new technologies and keeping updated at the forefront for developments in Digital marketing.
  • Become proficient in bidding strategy and track bids in line with marketing objectives and budgets to maintain desired ranking on select search engines.
  • Study competition and recommend /implement changes to gain edge above competition
  • Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet goals


Requirements:


  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is good to have.
  2. Proven Hands-on experience of at least 5-7 years in managing all Ads campaigns (Meta and Google Ads) and leading a team in a digital marketing agency or Edtech.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Google, Bing, DV360 and Meta Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance analysis.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
  5. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop team members.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a track record of delivering results-oriented solutions.
  8. Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Passion for staying updated with industry trends, advancements, and best practices in digital advertising and paid media management.
