Oversee daily transportation operations, ensuring optimal vehicle scheduling and route planning for cost efficiency.
Manage drivers and subcontractors to achieve high levels of performance, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to maintain vehicle reliability, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in collaboration with technical teams to minimize downtime and enhance repair turnaround.
Document and track maintenance activities to ensure proper reporting and adherence to safety standards.
Conduct regular inspections to improve fleet reliability and extend vehicle lifespan.
Analyze operational and performance data to identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
Ensure timely resolution of complex mechanical issues, boosting customer satisfaction and service reliability.
Proven experience in Commercial Vehicle Maintenance.
Hands-on exposure to Bus Operations.
Familiarity with transportation operations, maintenance, and accounts.
