Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee commissioning and ramp up of PAP/DAP/NPK plants
• Drive cost competitiveness by evaluating rock phosphate sources and optimizing cost of production.
• Develop and optimize DAP fertilizer formulations and production processes, leveraging HZL's existing technology.
• Ensure highest standards of safety, sustainability, and environmental compliance while fostering a culture of zero harm & eco-efficient operations.

Desired Attributes:

• Candidate with 20+ years of relevant experience, preferably in fertilizer industry
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate across different levels
