Head - India Operations & Expansion (Recruitment Solutions)

About the Role

To be responsible for the operations in India for a global recruitment solutions company.

Role Responsibilities

Direct the development and implementation of India goals and objectives set by the board

Participate in the development of the organisation&aposs strategic plan

recommend opportunities for business development and expansion in India

Develop the brand and associated sub-brands within the region

Grow market share within the region

Provide leadership to ensure optimal utilisation of resources to achieve corporate and regional goals, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet customer needs

Establish and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders involved in the overall management of the region

Create, execute, and interpret policies relevant to India operations

Review and evaluate the overall India performance on a continuous basis, and provide direction for system modifications or implementation of new systems

Anticipate and address issues that may present opportunities or risks to business outcomes

Support, communicate, reinforce, and represent the mission, vision, values, and culture of the organisation

Oversee recruitment and retention of all direct reports

Mentor, guide, and coach direct reports to expand their capabilities and build organisational leadership depth

Lead and effectively implement all special projects as appropriate

Experience Required

Minimum 15 years of experience in Resourcing/Recruitment

Minimum 10 years in a leadership-based role

Strong track record in both domestic and international markets

Extensive background in new business and client development

Proven experience managing multi-functional teams (Delivery, Operations & Finance)
