As the Head of Vertical Sales at Siemens Digital Industries (DI) in India, you will play a crucial role in inspiring and shaping the sales organization to drive game-changing digital solutions across India's industrial landscape. Your responsibilities will include: - **Leadership and Strategic Direction:** - Lead and develop vertical sales teams, providing strategic direction and operational oversight. - Coach and mentor Key Account Managers, ensuring compliance with Siemens KAM governance model. - Architect growth strategies and establish a culture of high performance, customer centricity, and cross-functional collaboration. - Champion innovation and sustainable solutions. - **Sales Strategy and Business Development:** - Own the vertical sales strategy for defined verticals and accounts. - Drive budget planning activities and conceptualize business development to support customers" digital transformations. - Build C-level relationships and drive customer development programs. - **Customer and Market Engagement:** - Collaborate across Solution Architecture, Business Unit Portfolio, and Marketing to bring compelling value propositions to the market. - Drive integrated marketing and communication for demand generation. - Support corporate initiatives like Siemens Xcelerator (SX) and Sustainability. - Partner with sales acceleration teams for exploring product, system, solution, service, and digital offerings. - **Business and Financial Management:** - Lead strategic business planning, budgeting, and financial outcomes. - Drive business performance reporting and market analysis. - Achieve Order Intake (OI) targets and support CRM tools utilization. As a visionary leader with a technical background and an MBA, along with 20+ years of experience in technology/digital/consulting companies, you will be well-equipped to make a real impact in this role. Your exceptional strategic acumen, understanding of diverse industries, and proven track record in sales and business development will be essential. Your ability to collaborate, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and leverage CRM tools will be key assets in driving success in this role.
