• Build and nurture alliances with brands, talent, and stakeholders in India and Internationally.
• Collaborate internally to craft tailored, high-impact experiences.
  

• Introduce innovative experiential formats to elevate the company's sports portfolio.
• Incorporate feedback to continuously improve offerings.
  

• Oversee end-to-end planning and execution of events, both on-ground and online.
• Manage vendors, talent, logistics, and merchandise.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, timelines, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to maximise engagement.
  

The Successful Applicant

Profile & Skills Required

• Proven experience in events or experiential marketing, with high-value IPs.
• Strong business development acumen with revenue ownership.
• Exceptional client relationship and project management skills.
• Leadership experience
• Strategic thinker with P&L understanding and growth mindset.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
