Job Description

Develop and implement a comprehensive sourcing strategy aligned with the companys goals and objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers and vendors to meet the company’s requirements for quality, cost, and delivery.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and vendors, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favourable terms and conditions.
Monitor and assess supplier performance through regular audits and performance reviews.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of sourced components and materials.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies to identify new sourcing opportunities and optimize the supply base.
Lead and mentor a team of sourcing and vendor development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
