Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies for the after-sales service function to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce complaints. - Set policies, processes, and standards for after-sales service. - Ensure prompt resolution of customer service requirements within 48 hours. - Devise strategies to improve customer satisfaction index and service quality. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty. - Manage budgets for the after-sales service department. - Ensure employee health and safety. - Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to address product-related complaints and enhancements. - Monitor and enhance field team efficiency, work plan, and skills. Qualifications & Experience: - Experience in leading service functions. - Strong customer orientation and communication skills. - Ability to develop teams with in-depth product knowledge. - Self-driven and goal-oriented with a BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering/ Electronics and Communication. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the service function, preferably in the Electronics/Consumer Durables industry. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in team leadership.
