Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of service engineers & technicians
Act as escalation point for critical breakdowns; coordinate global support
Build strong customer relationships; conduct quarterly business reviews
Implement remote diagnostics

Qualifications & Experience:

? 10 years in heavy-industrial service leadership (plastics/film/pipe)
Deep technical mastery of blown-film & pipe-extrusion plant design & troubleshooting
Proven track record of growing a service business
Excellent communicator in client-facing settings; strong negotiation skills
Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Plastics) or equivalent
Willingness to travel
