Job Description

a) Screw & Barrel Specialist

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify install-base customers; upsell spare parts & service plans
  • Conduct technical presentations & ROI calculations
  • Manage territory targets; maintain CRM hygiene

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 0–3 years in extrusion-parts sales or technical support (freshers welcome)
  • Basic extrusion process knowledge; strong eagerness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal skills


b) Machinery Specialist

Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify leads for new blown-film, pipe, profile, or compounding lines
  • Coordinate with Applications & Service teams for proposals
  • Attend customer site visits & RFQ processes

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 0–3 years in machinery sales or application engineering
  • Strong technical curiosity; quick learner
