Head of Sales & Operations

You will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and motivating the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining brand standards. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand the client base, increase brand awareness, and drive revenue growth. Cultivating and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients and luxury partners will also be a key part of your role. Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring a smooth and personalized customer journey from enquiry to post-travel follow-up will be crucial.
