Head of Sales & Marketing

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) and SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) based products catering to industries such as electrical, infrastructure, construction, and utilities. We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to drive growth and market expansion across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve business targets for FRP and SMC product lines.
• Lead national and regional sales teams to drive revenue growth and enhance market penetration.
• Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across sectors such as electrical, construction, water & sewage, automotive, and telecom.
• Key Skills & Competencies:
• • Strong knowledge of FRP and SMC-based products, their applications, and industry trends.
• • Proven experience in industrial/B2B sales, especially with infrastructure, electricals, composites, or plastic/polymer industries.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
