To meet its growth ambitions , Kaynes is looking to hire Head of Sales - IT & IOT will be based out of Bangalore.

Role Description for Head of Sales - IT & IOT :

This is a full-time, on-site role. The Head of Sales - IT & IOT will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients and ecosystem partners,and ensuring customer satisfaction, Maintain Health of existing business, Execute Operations on ground, Market Analysis and trend capture, Focus on Supplier relationships, etc.. Additional tasks include creating business development strategies, Marketing content development, collaborating with different departments to ensure targets are met, and preparing reports on business performance as per schedule.

Qualifications :

Experience in B2B business development, sales, Product Managemetn or a related field is a PLUS

?Knwoledge of IT & IOT products like Servers, Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Networking , etc markets and channels is MUST.

?Connections with components ecosystem is a PLUS.

Strong understanding of the electronics industry and its market dynamics

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to conduct thorough market research and develop new business strategies and generate leads

Prepare price proposals and RFQ responses

Project management skills and the ability to multi-task

Analytical thinking and problem-solving aptitude

Proficiency in using business development software and CRM tools

MS Office tools proficiency is MUST

Travel extensively to visit customers in India and Globally. Conduct and Co-ordinate customers' travel to visit Kaynes India factories.
