• Oversee project budget,commercials,project funding, cash flow management, collection monitoring and profitability, ensuring seamless execution and superior client experience.

• Implement innovative processes, optimize resource allocation, and enhance cost-efficiencies.

• Manage operational budget, ensure resources are allocated efficiently and effectively across projects.

• Present operational performance dashboards to management.

• Oversee regulatory compliance & approvals- RERA,GDA, NOIDA authority etc.

Incumbent pedigree:

• Ideally BE Civil + MBA

• Strategic and results-oriented Real Estate Leader with 20+ years of experience across Residential Projects,Leasing,Townships,Group Housing projects.

• Expertise in aligning real estate strategies with business growth, collaborating with stakeholders and navigating regulatory landscapes to drive performance.
