Develop and implement investment models together with market player to optimize investments.
Discuss with local stake holders and governmental bodies to ensure support for Fulfillment Center expansions.
Developing regular communications to all business owners including local and central Finance managers, IT, legal, Operations, Facilities and Engineering functional representatives.
Landlord relations, negotiation and contractor management, including escalation of any issues beyond regular daily activity.
Alteration management and reducing Fix costs (all building related costs).
