Head of Quality

As a Quality Assurance Manager at our company based in Coimbatore, your role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aviation maintenance standards. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. Conducting regular audits and inspections to monitor quality standards and implementing corrective actions as necessary will also be part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide regular updates to the Aviation Operating Board on quality performance and compliance issues. Your leadership skills will be crucial as you lead and mentor the quality assurance team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
