As an Aircraft Performance Engineer at our airline, you will be responsible for analyzing aircraft performance and conducting ground training classes for pilots and other staff members. Your main purpose will be to ensure that all aircraft performance data is up to date, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and meets the needs of the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing aircraft performance data and providing technical advice on flight operations related matters - Calculating and preparing Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOMs) as per DGCA rules - Updating RTOW Tabulations handbook for online airports and designated alternates - Providing escape strategies for airports with high terrain and Special Engine Out Departure procedures - Evaluating and publishing aircraft performance data for High Terrain routes - Monitoring and updating airport database for changes that may affect take-off weight - Conducting monthly performance and drag analysis reports - Supporting the planning and execution of training for Flight Crew, Dispatchers, Ground Instructors, and other staff - Assisting in Flight Operations Standards, Regulatory Compliance, and Crew roster preparations - Leading implementation of new programs and software in the flight operations department - Maintaining accurate data records for pilots and flight operations staff - Upholding Quality, Safety, Efficiency, and Integrity as the core values of the company - Being cost-conscious and seeking opportunities to reduce operational costs while maintaining operational efficiency Your role may evolve to suit operational efficiency, and you will be expected to align your efforts with the objectives of the company.
