About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead project execution for Barbeque Nations expansion plans. The role involves driving end-to-end outlet development, vendor management, financial planning, and ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project execution for new outlets from planning to handover.
Develop and manage annual expansion and project budgets.
Oversee vendor sourcing, rate negotiations, and contracts.
Manage project timelines, financials, and ROI analysis.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards.
Apply innovative and cost-effective methods in project delivery.
Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

Postgraduate in Infrastructure / Construction Management (essential).
15-18 years’ experience in Project Management, preferably in F&B, Hospitality, or Retail.
Strong exposure to interior fit-outs, MEP, HVAC, and facility planning.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
