Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite role for a Head of Production for our Chemical Manufacturing Division. The Head of Production will be responsible for overseeing production planning, managing production operations, and ensuring efficient production processes. Key day-to-day tasks include managing teams, coordinating with different departments, overseeing budgeting, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. The role requires strategic planning and problem-solving to enhance production efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management

Proficiency in Operations Management and Team Management

Experience with Budgeting and financial planning

Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and manage remote teams

Bachelor's degree in Chemicals, Engineering, or related field

Experience in the Textile Chemicals Manufacturing Industry is a must
