Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our procurement team at HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and supply chain management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to achieve cost savings and process efficiencies.
Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives and drive growth.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure procurement effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with electronic data processing systems and technologies is an added advantage.
