You'll have the space, resources, and support to design learning journeys that work — across subjects, cities, and classroom styles.

What You'll Do

• Lead curriculum design, academic planning, and teaching strategy for Grades 1 to 5
• Set up and standardize academic systems, processes, and assessments across schools
• Mentor school principals, academic coordinators, and subject leads
• Observe classrooms, identify gaps, and guide interventions
• Monitor

  student outcomes, parent satisfaction, and retention trends

• Collaborate across departments to ensure holistic child development (not just academics)

What We’re Looking For

• Prior role as a

  Principal / Academic Head / Headmistress

  in Primary education
• At least

  10–15 years of K–12 experience

  , with proven leadership capabilities
• Strong background in CBSE curriculum and academic delivery
• Ability to work with data, lead large teams, and manage system-wide implementation
• Passionate about
