Head of People

As the Lead in People function, you will be responsible for owning People Success, talent acquisition, Operations, and Administration. Your role will involve leading a 12-member team across these functions and building the function to cater to a tech-oriented company with a large, distributed workforce. You will collaborate with other leaders in the organization to implement successful practices and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your tasks will also include building visibility and forecasting of current and future hiring needs through dashboards, tracking, quarterly planning, and budgeting. You will provide analytical and well-documented reports to the rest of the team and work towards building the brand as the most attractive place to work in India and globally over time. Additionally, you will be expected to innovate policies, guides, and/or philosophies to document practices that align with the internal culture.
