If you enjoy building technology that impacts millions and are driven by purpose and speed, PhonePe is the place for you. - Credit Distribution (Cards, EMI, lines) - Manage Prepaid Instruments such as Wallet, NCMC, Gift Cards - Take ownership of P & L, market share, growth, adoption, and business metrics including AOPs - Collaborate with various teams including design, data science, product, engineering, marketing, and finance for category-specific initiatives - Lead a team of business leaders and category managers to drive business objectives - Manage all vertical-related marketing activities and user communication - Oversee all aspects of product marketing for the category, including GTM strategy, new product launches, portfolio marketing strategy, positioning, messaging, pricing, competitive research, and internal communication - Ensure regulatory and compliance interaction with regulatory entities and internal teams, taking full ownership of business and operational compliance of the PPI license - Manage business operations with a focus on automation and process excellence - Entrepreneurial drive to explore new growth opportunities and strong execution rigour - Ability to make intuitive and analytical decisions, balancing long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals - Prior experience working with highly skilled cross-functional teams - MBA from a Tier 1 institute - Proficiency in building relationships, influencing cross-functional and leadership teams, and nurturing external stakeholder relationships - Strong attention to detail, ability to synthesize data, and provide guidance on policy and process improvements - Capability to define frameworks for teams to follow,
