Head of Partnerships & Collaboration

MentorX Community is seeking an innovative and results-driven Head of Partnerships & Collaboration / Sponsorships to lead our efforts in developing high-impact collaborations and securing strategic sponsorships. This senior role is crucial to expanding our outreach, resources, and influence within the education, tech, and corporate sectors.

• Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and industry organizations.
• Lead sponsorship outreach and secure collaborations to support MentorX events, programs, and initiatives.
• Develop and negotiate partnership and sponsorship agreements.
• Maintain and scale relationships with key stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Represent MentorX at industry events, conferences, and forums, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnership opportunities with organizational goals.

• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sponsorship acquisition (especially in education, tech, or startups).
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Broad professional network within the targeted sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership experience and a passion for youth empowerment and community growth.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.

• Recognition: Certification of internship completion and letter of recommendation for outstanding performance.
• Unpaid Internship: 3–4 hours of remote/hybrid work daily for a duration of 3 months.
