Head of Offline Marketing – Marble Industry

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Head of Offline Marketing to lead all on-ground marketing initiatives for our marble business. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the marble industry or a deep understanding of marketing in the interior design, luxury construction, or architectural space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement offline marketing strategies to promote our marble and stone products to architects, interior designers, builders, and premium customers.
• Manage showroom branding, visual merchandising, and customer walk-in experience.
• Organize and oversee architect/designer meetups, trade exhibitions, product launches, factory/site visits, and interior events.
• Lead creation of offline marketing collateral – brochures, product catalogues, display kits, signage, standees, etc.
• Monitor effectiveness of offline campaigns through footfall tracking, lead conversions, and engagement.
• Support sales team with region-specific marketing activities and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure strong local presence in high-potential geographies via events, displays, and partnerships.
• Build a premium brand image through consistency in visual language, showroom aesthetics, and messaging.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 10 + years of relevant experience in offline marketing, brand management, or events, preferably in marble, tiles or building material sectors.
• Strong understanding of the luxury interiors and construction ecosystem.
• Experience in B2B marketing to architects, interior designers, builders, and contractors.
• Excellent communication, vendor management, and team coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel locally or regionally for events, site activations, and client engagement.
