Role & responsibilities

The Head of Marketing will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, combining brand building with performance-driven execution to create a powerful presence for the institution. This role requires deep expertise in content marketing, influencer collaborations, digital performance, and cost optimization. The individual will lead a team to craft compelling narratives, choose the right channels, and drive both awareness and conversions while keeping acquisition costs under control.

Preferred candidate profile

Were looking for a seasoned marketing professional (10–14 years) with proven expertise in brand building, influencer and content marketing, and digital performance. The ideal candidate blends creativity with analytics, has experience reducing CAC while scaling growth, and can lead cross-functional teams with strategic vision. An MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Communications is preferred.
