Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to architect, own, and scale the Resset brand across projects, platforms, and people. This is a leadership role focused on long-term brand equity, demand creation, and differentiation, not just lead generation

Key Responsibilities

·      Define and execute Resset’s master brand strategy across luxury, premium, and affordable housing segments

·      Create clear brand positioning, narratives, and visual language for each project

·      Lead integrated marketing across digital, on-ground, experiential, PR, partnerships, and community building

·      Own end-to-end GTM strategy for new launches (pre-launch → launch → sustenance)

·      Build and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team + agency ecosystem

·      Work closely with Founder, Sales, Design, and Projects teams to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint

·      Track and improve brand health, recall, lead quality, CAC, and conversion metrics

Must-Have Qualifications

·      MBA in Marketing (formal education mandatory)

·      10+ years of proven experience in brand strategy & marketing leadership

·      Demonstrated ability to create visible differentiation (brand turnaround, category creation, premiumization, or scale)

·      Strong experience in real estate / luxury / consumer brands preferred

·      Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline

·      Ability to operate at both boardroom and ground level
