Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving sales for all residential projects and ensuring the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies tailored for different residential segments such as luxury, premium, and affordable. You will lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results while monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay ahead in the market. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales for all residential projects, ensuring achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. - Develop and implement sales strategies tailored for different residential segments (luxury, premium, affordable). - Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to stay ahead in the market. - Conceptualize and execute impactful marketing campaigns for project launches and ongoing sales. - Build and maintain a strong brand identity through offline and digital marketing initiatives. - Collaborate with creative agencies, digital partners, and PR teams for integrated marketing efforts. - Organize and manage customer engagement events, roadshows, and property expos. - Forge and maintain strong relationships with HNI clients, brokers, channel partners, and institutional investors. - Drive a customer-centric approach by enhancing the overall sales experience. - Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and innovative channels to increase market reach. - Develop robust sales MIS & reporting systems for accurate forecasting and decision-making. - Monitor KPIs for sales performance, marketing ROI, and team productivity. - Provide regular reports and insights to the management team. Qualification Required: - Mandatory experience in residential real estate with leading/top developer houses. - Minimum 22+ years of progressive experience in sales & marketing within the real estate sector. - Proven track record in successfully launching and selling premium/luxury residential projects. - Strong knowledge of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and customer preferences in the residential segment. - Expertise in digital marketing strategies, broker/channel partner networks, and lead conversion. - Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. - MBA/PG in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.,
