Role Description

This is a Full time role for a Head of Marketing and Sales - Real Estate at Skyline Millars Ltd. The position is on-site and located in Mumbai and Karjat. The Head of Marketing and Sales will oversee the marketing and sales strategy, manage the marketing and sales teams, develop and implement marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, and ensure achievement of sales targets. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and presenting sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing and Sales strategy development and implementation
• Skills in Team Management, Leadership, and Client Relationship Management
• Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and analysis
• Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and software
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
• Experience in the real estate industry is a must
