Job Description

The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Leader to head the Residential vertical for India's biggest real estate developers. This is the company's largest business unit, managing a massive portfolio of premium and luxury projects.

You will be responsible for the entire marketing machinery for the South India market (primarily Bangalore). This role does not cover the West/Mumbai region. You will report to the leadership and own the strategy, budget, and revenue outcomes for the residential business.

What you will do

Drive Revenue:
You aren't just building a brand; you are driving site visits and bookings. You will own the full-funnel marketing strategy from awareness to conversion.
Manage Large Budgets:
You will oversee an massive annual marketing spend. We need someone who knows how to allocate this across ATL, BTL, and Digital to get the best ROI.
Market Mastery:
You must understand the South India real estate landscape. You know how the local buyer thinks and where they spend their time.
Sales Alignment:
Work closely with the sales and CRM teams to ensure lead quality is high and the narrative on the ground matches the marketing promise.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a large internal team and manage multiple agency partners to execute at scale.

Who you are

You have
15 to 18 years of experience
, with a significant portion spent in the
Real Estate
sector.
This role would need the professional to be
Bangalore-based
with deep roots in the local market.
You are comfortable with "the grind." While you understand high-level strategy, you aren't afraid to dive into the granular details of a BTL activation or a digital campaign's performance.
You have managed large-scale marketing budgets and can demonstrate clear revenue impact from your previous roles.
