Job Description

As the Head of International Business (SEA Markets) at our company based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for leading our international expansion efforts, focusing primarily on Southeast Asia markets such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Your role will involve driving market growth strategies, building strategic partnerships, and collaborating with various teams to achieve business objectives in emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute market expansion strategies across international geographies, identifying high-potential markets and creating new revenue streams. - Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, from consultative selling to negotiating and closing high-value deals with CXOs and senior stakeholders. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure smooth market entry and client success. - Translate technical product features into tailored solutions for international clients. - Recruit, develop, and manage regional business development and partnerships teams to foster a culture of high performance and growth. - Utilize market intelligence and performance analytics to refine strategies, enhance conversion rates, and monitor success metrics. - Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones and cultural backgrounds. - Take ownership of the international business unit's P&L, focusing on revenue growth, cost optimization, and long-term profitability. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably in fintech or SaaS industries. - Previous experience in international markets, especially in Southeast Asia, is highly desirable. - Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives, managing relationships at the CXO level, and closing large-scale deals. - Strong leadership skills for cross-functional collaboration and team building. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
