Head of International Business

As the Head of International Business (SEA Markets) at our company based in Gurugram, you will be responsible for leading the international expansion efforts, focusing primarily on Southeast Asia markets such as the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. With over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, partnerships, and strategy, you will play a critical role in driving market growth and developing strategic partnerships in the fintech industry. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing market expansion strategies, leading enterprise sales initiatives by engaging with senior stakeholders, fostering cross-functional collaboration with various teams, translating technical product capabilities into client-centric solutions, building and mentoring regional business development teams, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies, managing stakeholders across diverse cultural backgrounds, and taking ownership of the international business unit's P&L to ensure revenue growth and long-term profitability. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or partnerships, preferably within the fintech or SaaS industry. Prior experience in international markets, especially in Southeast Asia, will be highly valued.
