The Role

We’re hiring a Head – International (Americas/EMEA/APAC)

What You’ll Do

• Lead international

  go-to-market strategies

  across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
• Identify and launch in high-potential regions with tailored playbooks.
• Build partnerships with

  creators, influencers, and KOLs

  in local markets.
• Oversee

  content/product localization

  (languages, culture, compliance).
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, SEO, and Content teams for seamless global rollout.
• Develop

  scalable international expansion models

  for future markets.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8–10 years in

  international expansion, localization, or creator partnerships

  .
• Proven success launching

  consumer tech/D2C products globally

  .
• Cross-cultural fluency, with experience working across time zones and regulatory landscapes.
• Strong execution ability: GTM, partnerships, and creator/influencer ecosystems.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in

  wellness, spirituality, or culturally nuanced categories

• Multilingual skills or experience in multilingual markets.
• Startup or high-growth environment experience.
