This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building from scratch, has a deep understanding of India’s fintech landscape, and can translate emerging technologies into scalable products.

If you’ve built merchant-facing payment solutions, led innovation initiatives, and thrive in fast-paced fintech environments — this is your chance to change the game.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead innovation across BharatPe’s payments ecosystem
• Build and scale products in UPI, Tokenization, and PAPG
• Evaluate build vs. buy decisions with strategic frameworks
• Collaborate with NPCI, VISA, MasterCard, and other partners
• Own product lifecycle from ideation to execution
• Shape the future of merchant payments in India

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ years in fintech, product, or business development
• Deep experience with UPI, Net-Banking, Cards PG, and merchant solutions
• Proven track record of launching innovative payment products
• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills
• Strategic mindset with technical acumen and leadership flair
