Job Description

Build, scale, and lead the Generative AI CoE as a strategic capability within the organization.
Define and drive the long-term vision, roadmap, and investment strategy for GenAI across verticals.
Develop scalable, secure, and ethical GenAI-powered solutions across use cases in marketing, customer experience, content automation, product design, R&D, and enterprise productivity.
Partner with sales, account teams, and clients to identify opportunities, define problem statements, and drive solution proposals.

Stay abreast of evolving GenAI trends, tools, ethical implications, and use cas

Key Qualifications

12-18 years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2-4 years in hands-on or leadership roles in Generative AI.

Strong understanding of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Claude, etc.), embeddings, prompt engineering, RAG, transformers, and foundation model fine-tuning

Proven track record in delivering GenAI solutions to enterprise clients across sectors.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presence.
