Job Description

Head of Engineering – SG Consulting

Location: Remote (Preferably Jaipur)

Compensation: Pure Equity Role

SG Consulting (www.sgconsultingtech.com) is an AI-first product company building next-gen platforms across VIZ (BI & Visualization), BYOC (Bring Your Own Cloud), and Voice AI Agents. We’re on a mission to create an AI Operating System for businesses, powering scale, automation, and intelligence.

What You’ll Do

Own the engineering vision, architecture, and execution for our platforms (VIZ, BYOC, Voice).
Lead, grow, and inspire a world-class engineering team across backend, AI/ML, infra, and DevOps.
Drive scalability, reliability, and cost-efficient cloud solutions (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Implement best-in-class practices: CI/CD, MLOps, observability, testing, and responsible AI.
Collaborate with product & AI teams to ship high-impact features fast.

What We’re Looking For

8+ years building scalable software / AI/cloud platforms.
Expertise in cloud (GCP/AWS/Azure), Kubernetes, containers, and infra automation.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, BI dashboards, or Voice AI.
Proven leadership: hiring, mentoring, and delivering at scale.
Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in zero-to-one and growth environments.
