What You’ll Do

• Build the

  0→1 version

  of our AI-driven hiring platform—end-to-end.
• Own everything technical: backend, frontend, infra, AI integration, data pipelines.
• Experiment with

  LLMs, search, data enrichment, and intelligent workflows

  .
• Translate high-level problems into

  fast, working prototypes

  and then scale them.
• Set the foundation for future architecture and culture when we expand.

Who You Are

• Graduate from

  IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS

  or similar (or equivalent proof of exceptional ability).
• 3–7 years of experience

  building products from scratch

  (side projects count if they’re real!).
• Strong in

  backend systems, APIs, data handling, and scalable infra

  .
• Hands-on with

  AI/ML/LLM APIs

  or eager to learn fast.
• Comfortable being a

  one-person army

  —from coding to DevOps to quick UI.
• Hungry, ambitious, and thrive in

  chaos and speed

  .
