Role Overview As a GTM Intern, you will work closely with the founder and growth team to design, execute, and track strategies for acquiring job seekers and employers. This is a hands-on role where you will learn how to take a product from idea ? market ? scale. Key Responsibilities Market Research: Conduct competitor benchmarking (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, Apna). Identify untapped acquisition channels in Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 markets. GTM Execution: Support launch campaigns across WhatsApp, Telegram, and social media. Assist in partnerships with colleges, job communities, and recruiters. Help design referral, incentive, and viral growth loops. User Acquisition & Engagement: Track daily active users, retention, and acquisition funnel performance. Optimize user onboarding flows for job seekers via chatbot. Marketing Ops: Support content marketing (posts, case studies, reels). Coordinate with design & product teams for campaign creatives. Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Excel/Google Sheets to track KPIs (CAC, DAUs, conversion). Present weekly insights & recommendations to leadership. ? Qualifications Pursuing/completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields. Strong interest in startups, Tech, and AI products . Excellent communication and research skills. Analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel/Sheets & basic data analysis. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The Role This is a founding member role . You’ll be the first and only tech leader , responsible for building, scaling, and experimenting across the entire stack. You won’t be managing teams initially—you’ll be coding, designing, deploying, and iterating yourself. Who You Are Graduate from IIT, NIT, IIIT, BITS or similar (or equivalent proof of exceptional ability). 3–7 years of experience building products from scratch (side projects count if they’re real!). Strong in backend systems, APIs, data handling, and scalable infra . Hands-on with AI/ML/LLM APIs or eager to learn fast. Comfortable being a one-person army —from coding to DevOps to quick UI.
