Job Description

Role Overview: As the Head of eMobility for Region India at Siemens Ltd., you will have the exciting opportunity to lead the eMobility business in India, which is a rapidly growing sector within the Smart Infrastructure Division. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire end-to-end eMobility business, overseeing P&L responsibilities, and leading local teams in R&D, PLM, Manufacturing, and After-sales services. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, revenue, and profit targets, implementing strategic business guidelines, and ensuring the growth and success of the eMobility business unit in India. Key Responsibilities: - Represent eMobility internally and externally, engaging with customers, ecosystem partners, and authorities - Manage the entire value chain for the eMobility business in Region India, overseeing functional teams and ensuring cohesive business execution - Drive market leadership and growth in the DC-fast charger business in India - Develop and implement go-to-market strategies through partnerships and collaborations within the industry - Lead thought leadership in the eMobility ecosystem by participating in industry forums and bodies - Analyze and design strategic positioning of the business, collaborating with global and country management for long-term development - Foster a culture of high performance and inclusivity within the eMobility team in India - Develop succession plans and employee-oriented initiatives to create an inspiring work environment Qualifications Required: - Degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering or related field - Experience in P&L responsibility and leadership roles in a multinational company - Industrial experience with stakeholder management and people management responsibilities - Experience in eMobility, New Energies, Automotive Industry, or startups is advantageous (Note: The additional details of the company were not explicitly mentioned in the job description provided.),
