Your Background: masters degree or higher in electrical, mechanical, or industrial engineering or similar. Good technical background in power systems, eMobility 10+ years of overall experience including line / project management experience, preferably in globally distributed organizations. Work experience in a research development environment and product development lifecycles Proven experience working with multi-cultural, geographical distributed teams and experience in AGILE development methodologies. Strong leadership (direct and indirect reports) and proven change management experience. Structured way of working. Diversity and Safety are your leading stars. Proficiency in both spoken written English language is required.
