Job Description

1. Digital Advertising (Meta Ads – Facebook/Instagram):

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Set up pixel tracking, define target audiences, and create lookalike/custom audiences.
  • Monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and report weekly.
  • A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, and campaign strategies.

2. Web Development & Management:

  • Manage and update company website using WordPress or similar CMS.
  • Coordinate with developers/designers for new page creation or feature integration.
  • Ensure website SEO optimization, mobile responsiveness, and user-friendliness.
  • Monitor website performance (Google Analytics, Search Console) and improve site speed/security.

3. Creative Design & Content:

  • Coordinate or create visuals (banners, videos, reels, posts) for digital campaigns.
  • Use Canva, Photoshop, or other tools to design ad creatives and social media content.
  • Collaborate with content writers or independently create engaging ad copies and social media captions.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual and textual communication.

4. SEO & Analytics (Bonus Skills):

  • Conduct basic keyword research and optimize website content.
  • Track KPIs and generate monthly reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools.
  • Suggest improvements based on data insights and competitor analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
