Role Overview:
The Head of Design will lead the design department, overseeing mechanical and machine design projects from concept to production. The role involves team leadership, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely and quality delivery of engineering solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 8+ design engineers.
Plan and execute design projects including SPMs, automation systems, lifting equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic machines.
Ensure high-quality output using SolidWorks and other CAD tools.
Drive process improvement and innovation within the department.
Skills Required:
Strong mechanical and machine design background.
Hands-on experience with various types of industrial machinery.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation.
Leadership, planning, and communication skills.
