Role Overview: You will join a collaborative and dynamic team responsible for strategic portfolio management aligning real estate strategies with business objectives. Your role will involve overseeing real estate projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and quality. You will be coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing financial analysis, and budgeting. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement real estate strategies that align with business objectives. - Conduct market research and lead lease negotiations. - Manage lease compliance, renewals, terminations, and perform financial analysis. - Oversee projects from start to finish. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in real estate, business administration, finance, or related field. - Masters degree or professional certifications in real estate (e.g., RICS, CCIM) are advantageous. - 10 - 15 years of experience in corporate real estate with a strong background in strategic planning, lease negotiation, and project management. - Deep understanding of real estate markets and trends. - Excellent negotiation, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proficient in real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite.
