Corporate Communications leader


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive external communication strategy in line with global communications agenda
  • Act as spokesperson and manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Position the organization as an employer of choice through media, social media, and awards positioning
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes


Requirements:

  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in Corporate Communications, PR, Media, Social Media, or Employer Branding
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills
