Hiring: Head – Corporate Affairs & CSR

📍 Location: Sohna- Nuh - Gurgaon

💰 CTC: Up to 55 LPA

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to lead Corporate Affairs and CSR initiatives for a leading manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing plant or factory operations , government liaison, stakeholder engagement, and CSR program implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate reputation and government relations, ensuring regulatory compliance for smooth plant operations.

• Lead CSR strategy and execution aligned with business and community goals.

• Build partnerships with government bodies and local authorities.

• Manage crisis communication and policy advocacy.

• Oversee CSR reporting and impact measurement (BRSR, GRI).

Requirements:

• 12–15 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Government Relations, and CSR, with plant/factory exposure.

• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
