Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Head of Content at TurkStart. The Head of Content will be responsible for overseeing content strategy, managing content development, and leading the editorial team. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with writers and editors, developing and implementing content plans, managing content calendars, and ensuring content aligns with TurkStart's brand and goals. Additionally, the Head of Content will work on audience engagement strategies and monitor content performance metrics.

• Proficiency in Writing and Content Development
• Strong Editorial skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in digital media or related fields is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field
