We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer who can help scale Unjob.ai into a global marketplace, building seamless user experience and robust backend systems. Base Salary: 5-6.5 LPA Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to support platform functionality. Implement and manage cloud-based solutions using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFront, etc.). Collaborate with frontend teams to deliver responsive, intuitive, and high-performance interfaces. Manage CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployment and rapid iteration. Ensure application security, performance, and scalability best practices are followed. Work closely with product, design and AI teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Qualifications 2+ years of full stack development experience, with at least 1.5 years hands-on MERN stack experience. Strong experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB. Practical experience with AWS cloud services for deployment, hosting, and scaling. Solid problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Bonus Skills Experience with serverless architecture (AWS Lambda, API Gateway). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
