Job Title: SEO Head/Content Head – Sr. Manager Location: Gurgaon Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Head who will lead our content strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing content teams, driving organic growth through SEO, and creating compelling content across digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Own and drive the end-to-end content strategy across platforms (website, blogs, social media, etc.)Lead SEO initiatives to boost organic traffic and improve SERP rankingsManage and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and SEO specialistsCollaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align content with business goalsMonitor content performance metrics and optimize strategies accordinglyMaintain brand voice, tone, and consistency across all contentRequirements:10+ years of experience in content marketing, SEO, or digital marketingStrong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, etc.)Excellent writing, editing, and communication skillsExperience in leading content teams and managing cross-functional projectsAnalytical mindset with a data-driven approach to content performance
