Head of Compensation Benefits

As the Head of Compensation & Benefits for India & APAC, your role will involve leading the compensation and benefits strategy to align total rewards with business goals, talent strategy, and compliance. Your focus will be on ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and cost efficiency while delivering an exceptional employee experience. Key Responsibilities: - Manage annual compensation cycles, incentive plans, and equity programs. - Oversee benefits design, vendor negotiations, and cost optimization. - Ensure compliance with local laws and global policies. - Partner with Talent Acquisition for offer guidance and market insights. - Provide analytics, dashboards, and insights for leadership decisions. - Manage change during M&A and drive communication on rewards programs. Qualifications: - Masters degree or certifications (CIPD, CCP/CBP, SHRM-SCP preferred). - 10+ years in C&B, 5+ years in leadership across India & APAC. - Expertise in compensation design, benchmarking, compliance, and analytics. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with equity programs and global systems a plus. In this role, you will be working across various countries including India, Singapore, Australia, Japan, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, New Zealand, Indonesia, Philippines, and nearby markets.
